Quick and healthy food ideas – Smoked salmon with fresh rosemary quick snack – thesavingdiet.com

Ingredients:

Smoked salmon

Fresh rosemary

Lime juice

Parmesan cheese

Prepare:

At your own taste, make little parcels with the salmon and throw the fresh rosemary, lime juice and shredded parmesan cheese on top, put as much toppings as you like, to fit your own taste and/or the taste of your guests.

I particularly love fresh herbs, so I always add lots of fresh herbs on top of all my food.

I normally add lots of cracked pepper too, I forgot on this particular one (I was too hungry!)

Additional add ons

It would be perfect on top of your favorite crackers, or a slice of sourdough bread of your favorite bread, but I didn’t have any at the moment.
